Did you add both access keys to your existing account?

After you add the keys to your account, it will allow you to create characters in Nightfall and Factions.

If you want to take a previous character you have already made, go to Lion's Arch and a popup will tell you who to talk to to go to the other campaigns.

You don't actually need to install the games; you only need the keys. All Guild Wars games install the same client program, which runs Guild Wars. Different keys will give you access to different features, though, like campaigns.

This. QFT.

Using the CD's that come with the game box is pretty much pointless, even if you don't even own GW and install it you have everything as it's always a live updated client from anet. Just add keys to your account to gain access to the other areas.

Yes, then wait for each area to download, interrupting the flow of play. Or use -image which might take hours, when you can use the disc that the game came with.

No. if you use the disk, you must still download the game. don't be a smartass if you don't know what you're talking about.

you don't download the entire game again. what, did every texture get changed, so much that you need to re image it after disc? the only stuff you will likely down is 3-4 new items in explorable areas and places like the zoo, that weren't implemented.
